That's the thing. With everything going on in the beginning of the year, my problem wasn't that he was overly positive or toxicly positive, but that to me through all that positivity that didn't go over any of the issues Genshin was facing at that time, he seemed dishonest. But if he was being himself, my perception of him is a me issue and I like that he is learning to not care. Over time I've watched more of his videos and learned that even if it feels like he's trying to fit in (because who in the entertainment industry doesn't), he does seem like a genuine guy.

The too many gacha games point is so real. I used to try to do all of them but it overwhelmed me with all the dailies + normal life responsibilities that I just try to do my genshin and then maybe star rail on days I have a bit more free time. It is so much more manageable to just stick to the one main one and branch off to whichever 2nd one you also like.
