To give Keith a specific compliment, it says a lot about his understanding of comedy to know how to maximize the funniness of individual guests. He tried a couple fo approaches with thus mentor and then found that with the dry humor of his mentor, the best was the napoleon dynamite "uhh, shoot, shoot, dang" type humor worked best. Where with other guests it's veering more towards explicit inappropriate jokes, or maybe towards overconfident self comments. But he tends to nail it pretty quickly on how to make guests on the channel as funny as possible

I can't with Josh chilling on the floor like a teenage girl gossiping with her friend on the phone. Lol 😂

Josh was way more calm here than he is on Mythical Kitchen. I didn't think it would be possible for Zach to make Josh seem more crazy than he usually is.

Diego is a whole mood, that was a good combo with Keith 😂

I love Diego so much, he's fantastic! So is Josh, there, at the end while he's lounging on the floor giving instructions. Give Diego a few times and he'll be just as chaotic I bet! Seriously, this is probably the best Zach and Keith has ever done with their dishes, too.

Keith and Zach just look so pleased with each other while the reveals are happy, and are high-fiving each other all over the place. I'm so happy for them, they're just so proud of each other and of themselves.

11:19 Diego blowing on the wheel! How did i not notice that the first time? That's such a smart move, and he got 9 quarters!

the staples and Josh's immediate response that it was lucky are giving me flashbacks to that one MK episode where he did the whole fish and the guest kept getting bones

I think Josh has done so well on here in part because he has a lot of experience cooking under strange conditions, but even more so this is truly a measure of a chef's ability to give instructions to people without culinary training and Josh has been getting Emily Fleming to assist him in character as historical personalities making complex dishes for years. Like Josh just having to get Zach to make fairly normal food, not Zach playing Duke Pennyfarthing III making a historically accurate croquembouche, is like an anime character removing their weighted clothing before a fight.

Probably the best finished dishes I've ever seen on this show. It really shows how much they've improved over the years.

Josh and Diego were such an Odd Couple mood dynamic this episode, and it just worked so well, in the chaos of instructions and the resulting effects to Keith and Zach.
