I loved watching this video! We're hoping to walk to the High Hat tunnel when we're down next month. (Staying at Lislecombe along the Undercliff drive) Great to see it again, cheers Gaz!

@@MissyMadge it's a lovely part of the island. The landslides are crazy at the moment.

@IckeWalks they are indeed. Leeson road is shutting again on the 8th so boreholes can be drilled in. Hopefully when we arrive on the Island, we can have a drive through there before it's shut.

I remembered this, and have watched the full episode. Interesting you mentioned the TB hospitals, I recently had a dream about an aunt in a medical facility but it was in the 60's possibly. She apparently had to go to a place as they thought she had TB! Maybe a similar thing.

Hayup Gareth, that’s a good snippet, on the subject of great escapes, I noticed Theoria Apophasis the Neoplatonist, metaphysical an magnetismn authority has just put up a video titled, ( real ghost elimination device, how and why it works, may be handy info for any folks wishing to escape that scenario, he’s worthy of a listen. I’d recommend him to you both. I’m liking them big blocks of stone in the lower part of the tunnel, they’d cope with water saturation better than bricks if they felt it had issues, it’d presumably run off the dome or upper arch of bricks. Cheers.
