I’ve never watched his content but I always saw the SML logo. Sucks what happened to him on this site and in his personal life but his ability to push on is applauded. But the yellow dollar sign doesn’t mean fully demonetized it actually meant ‘partially monetized’ as in certain ads wouldn’t play on the videos but many youtubers didn’t understand that in the beginning when it started happening. You still get hit with it today just for saying the f-word within the first 30 seconds of a video, its weird AF. But having that on top of a age restriction basically means he started making a drastic fraction of what he was making before.

It makes me sad, genuinely. Ive been a fan way before that one “Jeffy” character came out. Hell, I’ve been a fan ever since “Shrimpo Hunter” was still an active series. I stopped watching him a bit after the jeffy era started. It just didn’t feel the same. I come back and this kind of stuff is what I see. It’s such a shame, really. I started watching SML in late 2012, and have been watching his content actively ever since. His content was never pushed towards children, it just looked appealing/interesting to children, which led him into a lot of trouble, as he wasn't exactly trying to keep it family friendly. Making content that children would be interested in is different than making content for children, and some people fail to realize that. Mario was one of his favorite franchises, so he decided to theme his channel around it. Just because Mario is family friendly doesn't mean that you should be expected to be family friendly when theming your channel around it.

Well realistically, This Channel has mostly always been aimed at Other Children since 2007. Now granted some videos Logan intended to be for adults strictly, but generally, the Fanbase has been made of Children ever since 2007, the beginning. The other children Logan's age who were into Mario. The videos did contain some mildly sensitive humor, but it wasn't very impactful on the children watching. They just saw it as a Joke, just one that you wouldn't want to say to someone in real life. Ever since the beginning Children watch things not intended for their age, The majority of us did this especially. But i feel like the parents concerned blew it out of proportion. Sure they may pick up something from the videos that aren't considered good, But that's really not to worry about, because it's not something that will shape their futures and taste. Unless it's teaching them something harmful like the suicide jokes. But that's kind of what the Media does. They One side a story, and Blow something out of proportion because one guy did something.

I watched SML since 2008. Which is crazy that this channel pretty much inspired me from that point in my childhood to always want to be a youtuber along with finding youtube in general. I am glad his newer channel seems to be doing well but the fact that the whole old channel and videos I grew up watching are just…gone. It’s sad honestly.

My whole channel got demonitized in 2018 due to a copyright infringement, my growth is slow so I’ll probably never get monetized again. I feel really bad for the guy, because he almost lost everything due to kids with unrestricted internet. I was one of those kids, almost got in trouble for re-enacting Jeffy. When I was in 3rd grade, Jeffy was popular with the kids and they were reenacting him. Even that caught me off guard. KZbin needs to get their shit together and respect creators like me, Logan, and other creators out there. I used to think SML was funny, but not as much anymore.

I definitely feel when he tone down his humor that's when I lost interest in his video. for me what made SML funny was seeing puppets being raunchy with each other. now the jokes drags and the characters became more annoying then funny also the drama behind the scene with Logan and chilly made me lose my respect for him. Edit. Just to be clear I have nothing against you liking SML new video If you still like his content good for you. also about drama whether you r on one side or the other either way Logan should have handle the drama better it made him look just as guilty s Everyone was and the fact the he and chilly are together again after all the bullshit. it makes me feel like they're starting shit just to get views and I think that's just sad. considering everything that happened to him up to this point it's amazing he still gets millions of views and I guess that's an impressive feat at least.

It hurts to see SML being in such a shit situation right now, but I just hope that Logan could still grow, he is the one that practically entertained for like, a decade, and I just can't hate him. But maybe Logan will bounce back, who knows.

yeah but, none of it really is his fault, he was just making videos like normal and now KZbin doesn't allow him to do anything on their platform, also, we don't even know how is right or wrong in the sml drama, so I'd just let it be I still watch his videos, but I only play them whenever I go to sleep, but whenever I watch them a bit, I still enjoy them, they sneak adult content into jokes and it's still funny

@Bonkers same here I really have no sympathy at all for him because he knows that all the cuss words and disgusting content he puts in his videos goes directly to small children. At first when all his videos got age restricted as demonotized I felt a bit sorry for him but after video and video of him telling his subs that he wasn’t earning money at all and how he needed it to keep making videos even though it seemed he had plenty of money to spare it made me lose ALL respect for him. Especially with possibly cheating happening between him and chilly just completely ruined it for me. Any fans who defend him have to look at what he’s done and how much money has influenced the way he makes content at this point he’s just trying to make as much profit as possible to keep his lifestyle which is just selfish ruining and teaching children horrible things. I just hope he terminates all his content and switches to a more child friendly channel or goes completely dark.

I used to watch SML a lot, and I have to say: It is very sad to see this happening to such a talented content creator. Logan goes to reach success, just for it to be taken by KZbin in the end because it isn’t family friendly. Logan deserves so much better.
