Lol the small local hill i used to work rentals/repair shop in, has this really shitty ski race team owned ski and snowboard shop in town. I'd get kids always coming in to fix their skis, every park ski was not even centered because how behind with the times this shop was. It got to the point I'd offer to center their skis if the kid looked like his family was struggling for money and the kid worked for everything he owned, which is 90% of the kids on this hill. It was really bad and that was just the skis. These types of shops I want to ban all skier owned shops from selling snowboards lol. Stance either too wide or too small, set to 00 or like hard boot stance, and they destroy every snowboard with raised contact points when base grinding. Even seen a guy trying to use a splitboard as skis too because the shop said thats what its ment for.... LOL
