As someone who comes from a foreign country and move to the US and I am currently in one of their military Cadet programs for school. I don't know why they do not March it drives me crazy and staying on step is virtually impossible for most people outside of a professional band

We don't spend time doing D&C like many other countries. We concentrate on training. Hence why everyone always asking for our help. There's more important issues to handle then marching in parades.

Uniforms that do not fit. Their movement was not precise. Some of the bandsmen would turn their heads to look at (?). It really isn't that difficult to see the sloppiness. An as for "make the US look bad"... well no doubt you heard about the recent presidential election and the "clown" that was crowned?! I don't need to go out of my way to make this cuntry look like a jackass.

Their presentation looked perfectly fine to me. Nobody in a crowd full of civilians is going to get bent out of shape over how ''precise'' the gait of the band was or whether or not the tassels on their uniforms were lined up at a perfect 180 degree angle. Those are meaningless details that only someone with an acute sense of discipline or one looking for something to criticize would care about.
