Abu Dhabi cards are the best, no 6 AM main events, now I can enjoy fights at 5PM-12AM in Georgia

I would more frequently watch UFC Matches, if they weren´t at 4 am on a Saturday, where on the next week I will destroy my Sleep Cycle and suffer from it, its not worth it. But being selective for the Arab Audience but not giving the same to the European fellows is a bad business decision in my opinion

Arab audience? No literally the Asian audience, it's not being selective , it's a global sport.
@yazui.i.93682 ай бұрын
@@stewiegilligangriffin4904 I specifically say „Arab“ Audience, as the guy in the video said, that they will adjust the events according to the local times, and outside the US they apparently do that in Abu Dabi. I don‘t know, whether the UFC does it the same in Asia, but when Belal became a champ they fought at 5-6 am UK time which is a wild disregard for the European audience.
@stewiegilligangriffin49042 ай бұрын
@@yazui.i.9368 that's because they've done events in UK since the evening, and it's much closer to US It's way too long of a time difference there in UAE

Its all about the 💰. To hold the big fights is like hosting the Olympics, theres competition between places too hold main events that attract the crowds and publicity. Pay per view where the big money is too. UFC isnt your local football club or just a sport ,its also entertainment and business. And like all good businessmen and entrepreneurs they go how they can maximize profits by arranging it like that. Without the money involved the sport wouldnt get so big. Whos going to pay? The logistics of setting it all up it needs to funded too and how the fighters going to get the big paydays they want too? Its not because they "hate" their European fans or whonever . Id fight even in Antarctica too instead of Europe or anywhere if it meant getting paid alot more money. Yeah you say all that but if you were a UFC fighter or promoter youd go where the money is regardless of destination and timezones. Not true to say they dont like their European fans. Its bout the money. Making deals. The bigger money as you know is in the main events, the big ones that draw in the most viewers/crowds. UFC organisers no doubt shop around to find the best place. Make a good offer theyll work with it. Its business nothing personal.

You been to Abu Dhabi?

UFC London or the sphere, you’re all going to tune into it no matter the fighters. UFC Abu Dhabi you ain’t watching unless it’s stacked. Unfortunate truth. I agree but yeah there is a reason behind it and it’s always money
@stewiegilligangriffin49042 ай бұрын
Bro , it's a global sport, wherever it is in Asia doesn't matter Abu Dhabi or not, it's on a preferred time for their fans too so, which is like once in a blue moon

Yea the British fans are pretty gay. Your right. They probably don’t like you guys. I know I don’t. Just the gay British fans though. The rest of Europe is cool though

Stupid take, it's a global sport, there's a huge fanbase in Asia And Abu Dhabi or wherever it is, is a great personal hub for UFC, other places has political issues , because they've their own promotions etc.
