@@bunklypeppz bro, same shit these boxers who value an undefeated record do. They fight tomato cans. He's saying it's smart, not that he's taking the best fights, and he isn't wrong. I would think Joe would not show Jake so much respect for cherry picking and doing exactly what his guest says and trying to disrespect mma fighters past there prime while acting like he's helping them . @@bunklypeppz you're comment lacks the insight you think it does.. the reason it's the obvious route, is because it's obviously the smartest course of action for someone to take in his position. It wouldn't be the obvious route for him if that weren't the case. If you're going to @ me, say something of value next time. Also, acknowledging something isn't praise; the way you say whatever makes you sound like a bitch. Can say fuck the dude while also realizing that's the best course of action for him

As a past boxing amateur, I sparred guys doing MMA (even one becoming a pro shortly after we sparred). What I found is that they are easier to hit and get hurt than someone who only trains boxing. But, if we sparred with MMA rules, I'm sure they would've kicked my ass.

I'm so glad someone finally said it. Never expected it to be Buckley but just because you have amazing hands and MMA doesn't mean you will translate to boxing well. Spot on

@@agentsbigassforehead just wow you obviously have no experience in either. The movements and everything are far different in boxing than in MMA. Two completely different styles and skills are required. There have been plenty of MMA and Boxers who say the exact same because they know it's essentially two different sports. THANK YOU. I am tired of these MMA dudes calling out top P4P boxers. It really looks like they are not giving the sport any respect. Conor fighting Mayweather was both a blessing and a curse for the UFC. On the one hand, that fight significantly helped catapult the UFC into the mainstream. On the other, now you have these top MMA dudes salivating on that boxing pay-day and embarrassing not just themselves but the sport too. Ask yourself this. How do we as people treat those who cut the line normally in everyday life? I think Joaquin is pointing out with great alacrity that this is what he doesn't enjoy about Jake Paul and his "performances". I have zero skin in the game as I don't watch, but I can tell you that I'm the first one to yell out "back of the line buddy" when people cut my queue. He shouldn't get to pay his way to the front of the line and still be given the same credibility or respect that seasoned boxers get. Great talk.

Exactly, it's also why I will continue to suspect that his fights are not completely legit for as long as he keeps winning. If he's shameless enough to buy his way into the sport to make himself look good, I wouldn't be shocked if he was also willing to offer his opponents an extra paycheck behind the scenes and off the record in the event that he wins. Anderson and Tyron both seemed to avoid opportunities to deal damage and seemed to hit Jake with a lot of uncharacteristically light shots when they did connect, that it almost seems like they were deliberately going easy on him. You could argue that they just weren't able to land a lot of solid shots on Jake because of his skill as a boxer, but I personally find that to be unlikely.

Only one to blame would be the UFC for not only not paying fighters enough so that they need to sell out at the end of their careers but to limit their sponsorship deals, and form a union. They do everything to keep these warriors under their control and Jake Paul is not only getting them paid, but exposing the UFC and in the process making millions. He’s the winner here because he’s playing it smart, I don’t think he’ll win against real fighters in their prime but it’s a terrible look for MMA.
