Africa has so much agriculture going they will be able to feed themselves and not rely on anyone. I also see alot of African Americans getting back to their roots by getting back to agriculture. Identify a marketable crop that's not consumed by monkeys such a herbs and spices Also a crop that requires contact farming with marketers such that thieves cannot sell without a license. E.g. cut summer flowers, many types of herbs.. you need to do market research in your area and country
