I have multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS). It's an allergic reaction to chemicals in makeup and perfume/fragrance products. My eyes get irritated and red, and I get painful headaches if I'm exposed too long. IOW, I'm allergic to women who wear these products and have stopped dancing because it's so unbearable. I'm glad AJ+ made a video on the toxic chemicals in these products. Hopefully, more women will choose to use less or even go without them. And Dena looks great without makeup. ;)

Makeup goes back to prehistoric times. Red ocher is found in Neanderthal burials. Cromagnon man was using all the cave painting minerals on their bodies. In fact, it is all about the same stuff as it was. The Egyptians knew just how much lead to put into makeup to kill microbes, but not enough to damage people. The maya used blue pigments in their religious ceremonies. They were also using tar. Imo people will never stop using cosmetics ever.
