Can I take my parents in UK after getting job immediately sir?please answer my question
@yuliaantonenkovolkova90414 жыл бұрын
Dear Dr. Khan, I need your advice on my situation. I am trying to decide what route to go with to practice in the UK. I have two options. 1. To go through Internship route. My internship has to be 2 years long, as 1 year will not be accepted by GMC (I have 6 years gap since I graduated). 2. Go to Foundation year 1 (FY1), through provisional license,without doing an internship. My question to you is: which route is less competitive, taking in consideration the way the medical world has changed due to pandemic. Should I sacrifice 2 years for internship, or should I apply directly into FY1? I really need your advice. Both ways I have to take PLABs, but for FY1, I have to also take CA and SJT tests, which are not difficult.

Hello there Dr. Naseer! Thank you so much for your time and consideration, this video is so helpful and it cleared out the whole process for me besides a few blindspots: how do I choose the city I'm going to do my foundation years in, is it possible for me to be in London? Why do I need 1 year of housejob before applying for the plab, is it necessary? Can I shortcut the core training by passing the MRCP during my foundation years? Many thanks, sending you love from Morocco
