My grandparents had a restaurant with a pizza called the gondola. It was made on a huge sheet pan it would take up most of the oven. We would have to brown the crust before even making because it was impossible to get out of the pan it was so big. We had custom boxes made for it. We sold thousands of them in the 89s and 90s they were great for birthday parties. Or just pizza parties in general. I miss them days.

There is a town in Texas, that has a 48 inch pizza. I'm not sure where it is, but they were thinking about creating an even larger size pizza. It can be seen on the 'Texas Bucket List' channel. I do know the largest carry-out size they produce is a 36 incher. Just due to the fact the don't have big enough doors for anything larger. Just a food for thought.
