Joel, you should really have sued them for false advertising. You could even try to sue them for poisoning you because the amount of extra spice could really hurt someone. I've experienced it myself at the hungry horse in Oxfordshire I ordered the ten wing spicy challenge and went to the toilet before it came out and as I walked by the kitchen the chef was telling his assistant to put shit loads on and really fuck him up!!! I told the waitress to tell him I heard everything he said and to remake them properly. Because it's a concentrated sauce that's so fucking dangerous to play around with you could really hurt someone. I managed to do it and got no well done from the staff because I caught them out and had to pay me £50 prize money. It was ridiculously hot so I can't imagine how hot it would have been if I didn't catch them

Water does not do shit for heat challenges. How many years has this misconception been around, and how many more decades will it remain? You need something to neutralize the heat, like milk. Water just spreads the capsaicin around and makes sure that more of your mouth gets burned. Though I can see them charging $300 for each glass of milk since it actually has an effect on the heat.
