Draft was yesterday, i liked the pick. as a cap fan since the 70s, i may be reading into management differences, i think mac is tossing players at spencer saying make it work. spencer wants bigger d and not addressed yet,mac thinks alexioff is good enough to take over on the blueline. theses trades seem to want to get it over with rather than negotiate, nothing added from desperate kings to save their gms job , nothing from calgary to take on 5.8 million and we give them a 2nd rounder, we coud have traded back and got terik easily.is mac afraid of paperwork? why didnt Carbury join mac on stage? i dont think coach and gm are on same page. maybe mac is retiring and just throwing some hail marys, i love the pipeline mac and staff have ,but this year something is very off imo
