8 habits follow in ramdaan 1.wake up early/sleep early 2.morning/evening adhkar 3.physical excercise (it can be yoga or walk or stretching) 4.no junk food 5.tahajjud every single day 6.read quran everyday 7.quran journaling 8.less screen time

Yoga includes some sort of stretches where they believe they do it for their SUN GOD! So better not to do yoga which could lead you to shiirk

tips: Stay clean and smell good all the time. Keep wudud all day Pray tahajud Read quran daily as much as you can Pray salat dudha Pray on time...( try to pray Sunah prayers) Read ayatul kursi every fard prayer Build 1 palace in jannnah everyday by reciting surah ikhlas 10x Read morning and night adkhar Read sleep adkhar and surah mulk

Mashaa Allah! Im ready for the challenge! I'm keeping them here for whoever needs them, and also for me to get back to it by the end of the month inshaa Allah to check the ones I managed to keep up 🤍 1. Waking up and sleeping early 2. Reading morning Adhkar first thing in the morning and evening Adhkar after Maghrib prayer 3. Physical activity: Any exercise can do 😊 4. To not eat junk food 😢 5. Do Tahajjud every night 6. Read 5 pages of Quran daily 7. 6:31 Quran Journaling 8. Limit screen time (to 1hr in social medial 😮) If I missed any, please let me know as a reply 🤗

١٤ نصيحة لرمضان : ١:التوبة من الذنوب والأخطاء قبل رمضان ٢:كثرة الاستغفار ٣:كثرة الدعاء في كل وقت وبعد كل صلاة وعند الإفطار وعند السحور لانه رمضان سحر لتحقيق الأمنيات ٤:الابتعاد عن كل ما يلهي من تلفاز ووصائل التواصل غير النافعة ٥:المساعدة في طهي الإفطار لنيل اجر تفطير صائم م ٦:ادخال السعادة على قلوب الأطفال لكسب الاجر ٧:طاعة الوالدين ومساعدتهم في كل شئ والدعاء لهم ٨:الصدقة بالطعام والمال على الفقراء ٩:الاتصال على الأقارب والسؤال عن صحتهم أحوالهم ١٠:نشر معلومات دينيك في مواقع التواصل ١١:اطعام الطيور والحيوانات وسقيهم الماء ١٢:الانتباه الى كبار السن والاهتمام بهم ١٣: الإكثار من الصلاة خاصة التراويح وقيام الليل ١٤:التسبيح بكثرة والصلاة ع النبي

Great video, Allahumma barik! I just wouldn't recommend yoga because of it's origins/purpose as act of worship in other religions. May Allah increase us in knowledge and guidance. In sha' Allah this video benefits a lot of people!

I am a muslim and i really want to fast but i cant because i get infection and dr had told me not to gk without water after 3 hours. Or else my sickness and infection will be back. Idk what to do. I tried to fast but it gets painful for me.
