@86breakfastclub it doesn't matter who's rule when it's put there for safety. When you buy an airfare, you agree to the terms and conditions. This includes following all safety rules. Devices can be powered on, but not actively being used on the tarmac area. This has been in place since I became a flight attendant 19 years ago.
