From my personal experience I started with a go pro hero 5 session and it still works after being abused like hell but when I chose to use the hero 11 I found it breaking within 3 months I then did some research and bought a ace pro that I love I use a diving case for extra protection and I drilled small holes so audio can be heard hope this helps anyone new or anyone that needs a new cam as the ace pro works really well

Still using GoPro 7 as a headcam because of the smaller size. I tried a scopecam but didn't like it. I mostly use my cameras to create story driven gameplay video which makes the video quality less important in comparison with the story. Interesting to see the other competitors in the headcam range.

Very informative video! Good to see what options there are 👍I personally prefer foxeer over runcam for the scope camera. Having tried both I found the foxeer has a better ease of use with quick change batteries and excellent BB tracking even without adjusting colour grading on the editing 😁

@@HowieTV12 It came out this year and I've used it on a couple of games. For $99 US I'd say it's worth it considering the accessories included and the sensor being the same as the one on the Runcam Scopecam 2.

There's also POV shooting glasses that are a great option... I'm I'm guessing that hundreds of hours of research wasn't quite hundreds of hours, unless this is your full-time job.. Some of this reads like you're just reading a marketing release, other sections read like you asked AI to write it for you in your reading the script it wrote. I don't want to hear what the marketing team wants me to hear, I want to hear your opinions and using or experiencing these cameras. When you add in a clip from something else, like the Ninja clip you jumped in, you can still equalize audio channels, so the viewer doesn't have his ears blasted out by something that would have taken you less than 5 seconds.

@@RIAG-g6z Quite a bit to dissect here, but I appreciate your feedback nonetheless. I am aware of the POV shooting glasses. I just think they’re a long way away from being something that used as an every day item and high-quality airsoft gameplays, hence why they were not included. Honestly, I think the hundreds of hours estimate was actually probably on the low end, I consume much more airsoft content than I would like to admit 🤣. I did the best that I could with cameras I had no experience in, and reading the specifications of each camera was the best I could do along with talking with other creator friends who also own those cameras. Realistically, all of the options that I included in the video, is a camera that I would run myself, with the exception of the contour and the Drift Ghost. Oh, about the ninja thing lol, that’s an inside joke among friends, it was loud on purpose. My condolences to your eardrums 😩. I appreciate you watching the video, and I hope you learned at least a little bit.

Cool video. Can u tell me how u deal with bataries? Esspecialy the helmet cam? I have a gopro hero 8 and try to run it with a powerbank without bataries inside to prevent overheating. but that wasnt the best option for me as it would turn off sometimes.

If you want premade option, look up skeleton cases on Amazon. They have all the holes required to keep your camera, cool and charge at the same time, well also protecting your GoPro. If you go to DIY route, you can get a waterproof case and drill holes to your liking.

Yes! I highly recommend all Insta 360 products, especially that camera. I have never heard anyone say bad things about that camera, and I think it’s a lot better than the GoPro. The GoPro is a good option, but the Insta 360 is so much more streamlined.

But if the quality improves i might have to make another episode. I didn’t think the ghost XL was worth mentioning because I mentioned the other ghost camera. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the only difference is the quality correct? Nonetheless, I appreciate you watching the video, thank you for your feedback!
