Thanks Flipperachi! I saved this video for a reference to the PRB livery vehicles. Cole, it's simply amazing to me that after 10 years, GTA is still turning out garages (and vehicles) with mediocre lighting. I put the "white/20K" headlights from Arena garage on all of my >300 vehicles, and several still have terrible headlights even after this upgrade.

yeah it's pretty lame. But you can check Simion's stock each week, plus the lucky wheel/car meet car. also the car collecters club if you want to pay them $6 a month for gta plus.

its been patched and rediscovered a few times now, so the methods change. But there are glitches to "merge" 2 vehicles together to unlock hidden liveries and put like f1 rims on cars that shouldnt have them
