I also found it pretty cool that all battles were double battles as I feel like it made battles a bit more interesting (it probably also helped that opponents at least seemed more competent with some semblance of strategy at times with things like weather or earthquake with levitate/flying/protect or explosion with protect compared with the usual of having a team full of one type of pokemon)

Thanks for dropping a comment man! Max out settings in Dolphin. This means ''6x native 3840x3168) for 4K. Anti Aliasing ''8x SSAA''. Use an action replay code for Ultra Widescreen. And use Topaz Gigapixel AI to upscale textures by dumping textures you want in game. Cheers!

@Miror B GOD turn on texture dumping in dolphin. In dolphin go to ''Graphics'' ''Advanced'' and enabale texture dumping. It automatically creates a map in Dolphin>Dump>Textures find the game folder which contains the colosseum textures. Put the folder in Dolphin>Load>Textures. From there edit the textures, I use photoshop. A golden advice: Don't change the file name of the textures or dimensions! Otherwise the textures won't load. After you've edited the textures in the Load folder, enable ''Load Textures'' in ''Graphics'' ''Advanced'' This is actually a lot of information so here's an easy video tutorial how to do it. Awesome job changing the model of the main character to a different charecter is there by any chance any other way to swap 3D models from one video game to another when it comes to Pokemon Colosseum or Pokemon XD? I honestly have no idea how you did that and I really wanna know. So I can try it myself. My subscribers mean a lot to me so I will be as transparent and direct to your questions as possible so here goes.. (Currently) It's not possible to swap 3D models from one video game to another. Modders(myself included) tried this with a 3D trainer model from XD and import it into Colosseum. The result was that the model *was actually imported* but T-posing. So basically the imported models can't move, they're stuck on a T-pose. How I changed the trainer to the Red model you see in the video is by exporting Red's 3D model .fsys file that already exists in the game. And replacing Mirakle B's trainer model .fsys file with Red's. This is possible with GC Rebuilder. This way you can also change the overworld models like Wes and Rui to Red and Leaf. So you play as them.

Shadow ball is an attack based move in gen 3 and on coliseum. I confused as to how it is taking so much damage. Espeon’s attack is hella low and it got hit with feather dance, yet it hit Celebi for than half its health. Did you make shadow ball a special attacking move?

@@jaylogik4020 Good lookin' man! I used a gen 4 special/phys split on the game. The same one that pokemon XG also uses. It's a total fresh new take on the gameplay especially since shadowball for instance becomes special. Bkaze kick physicial and so on.

I made a post because of this a while ago where I compared Regirock from colosseum to regirock from brilliant diamond. INSANE how realistic regirock coloseum look! Games that are 18 years apart lol. Not to mention switch games can store 32gb gamedata on the cartrodge while the gamecube games only had a limit of 1.4GB They could easily make remasters. So much wasted potential. Smh

Thanks for commenting Bryant! I dumped the texture of Wes and edited in Photoshop to make it red. Then I placed the edited texture file in %username%/Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Load/Textures

Thanks for blasting a comment man. Max out settings in Dolphin. This means ''6x native 3840x3168) for 4K. Anti Aliasing ''8x SSAA''. Use an action replay code for Ultra Widescreen. And use Topaz Gigapixel AI to upscale textures by dumping textures you want in game. Cheers!

@@rcghalohell That's a very good question. I see this question on lots of Colosseum 60fps videos here on KZbin. And I see that none of those questions ever get answered. They wanna keep it a secret I think. So here's the simple answer: They al use a program to make 30fps videos to 60fps. Myself included. The best program for this is FlowFrames. It's the one I use. So if they tell you they got a code for that they're lying. Colosseum doesn't have a code (yet) to make it 60fps. XD Gale of Darkness does have an action replay code to make it 60fps. There's a discord channel that is working on making the code to run Colosseum on 60fps.

@@rcghalohell Yes exactly that's the discord channel. It's the best channel if you want to get into Colo/XD hacking. The owner of the channel is the guy that made XG Next Gen.

I experimented with the game by adding custom trainer battles, custom trainers, upscaled textures to 4K, 60FPS, implementing the phys/specal split, custom pokemon types for example groudon being ground/fire.
