The ULTIMATE beer to pair with your burger? | Byron’s Pickle Beer

I was invited to Byron Burger to try their new pickle beer - no, it wasn't an April Fools joke! Pickle beers are available in the US and there are a couple that pop up here in the UK. But is this the ultimate beer to pair with your burger?
Pickle beers tend to have a sour beer base - think Gose, Sasion, fruited sour or even Berliner Weisse. Byron's beer is a Saison inflused will dill to emulate pickles. Mine came straight but I've seen since that some restaurants are putting a pickle in the neck of the beer. This would completely change the flavours of the beer. Have you tried it with the pickle?
