You did incredible for a first flight! You didn’t even crash . The simulator must have really helped and you put the time in! I’m also happy to see you tried something new on your channel, not just rc cars.

I have put in a few hours as wanted to give this a good first try! Very pleased with its performance and cant wait to practise accro mode! I like doing new stuff even though most of my subs only enjoy car content haha! Oh well :/

Everything u outlined here is the way to go..i also use liftoff...but it wasnt around when i started...fpv is much more satisfying than any flight sim and i played them all as a kid, cuz in fpv u have skin in the game and its a satisfying balance of airspeed, altitude and attitude..when im learning helis or fpv get durable or micro version then keep throwing hrs at it until it gets fun..u gotta get into that fun zone even if its frustrating at first...think i been doing it since 2015...also remember to keep ur batts at storage charge when not in use and for there 1s it just means probably running them until the quadcopter lands. So charge just before use. Also as u get better at flying use the garage levels in liftoff as u learn altitude and attitude control better when there is a roof to potentially crash into!..cheers!

Safe to say i have hours to spend on the sim and in real life flight before ill be doing tricks!!

I think best way to get into fpv is 1. Start with a simulator! 2. Get a multitransmitter like a jumpertlite which has frsky flysky crossfire elrs compatibility 3. Fly in a big open field (avoid the urge to want to fly in your backyard) 4. Have fun
@scottjackson18122 жыл бұрын
Totally agree Sim should be a must just to get some stick time and get a feel how to fly plus the cheapest way. Tinywhoops are great also to get you into Fpv but can be a little tricky to fly if when in other modes apart from angle mode due to the size and weight. Great fun indoors if weather not great.

That's what I was waiting all the time for bro absolutely great 👌🏽😁😍

Cheers Bro! You said I would enjoy it and I loved it!

I bet you're going to love it. I like to set my low battery alert for 3.5; that way when I unplug it, it's actually pretty close to storage voltage (voltage reading goes back up a bit when you take the load off). I just invested in some better goggles with a better receiver. A dozen batteries and the right charger and you can fly all day. Emax has some great kits for beginners.
@beyondRC2 жыл бұрын
its an awesome package for sure! I have ordered more batteries and will get some practise in on the sim!!
@andretonno39922 жыл бұрын
which glasses and receiver did you order ???
@koorbmeh2 жыл бұрын
@@andretonno3992 I'm not happy with the ones I received at the moment so I'm going to refrain from suggesting them. I'm expecting a new receiver to replace the one that came on my new goggles, so I'm going to refrain from bashing them too in case it was a fluke.

Great little things 👍 nice as always you are showing all aspects of RC hobbies, too many channels just stick to buggies and cars, you have covered many types which is great, thanks for your upload 👍🙏🐱

You should go into your OSD (left stick center and left, and at the same time, right stick up.) And change your VTX settings. You're only at 25mhz. You'll get much better range/penetration at 100 or 200.

FPV flying is fun isn’t it Ricky, I have the original Emax tiny hawk and Mobula 7 brushless whoops and they are fun to take out for a quick rip around, haven’t flown mine for a few months. I wish Emax would fix the reception on the vtx though as the signal isn’t great just like on the original

So glad I gave it a go. Have wanted to for ages just put off by insane pricing to actually get into FPV! These packages are an awesome entry into it! Cheers Dave

you say you are a beginner but this was super impressive with between the trees flying so fast. as for the FPV drone looks great and fast but the video transmission is bad. I know it's analog video but still so much cuts and noise I wonder how could you fly it so good?

I have flown drones before but not FPV and only in stabilisation mode!

Hey man! Awesome video, just curious though, how did you record your screen so perfectly to frame during your flight tests?
@beyondRC Жыл бұрын
fpv feed recorded using the moneagle monitor with in-built DVR then timed it up when editing to match.. easier said than done though to get it perfect. Took me while but got there!
