Louisa Harland's portrayal of Orla and her facial expressions were just brilliant. I loved her street dance in the final episode. Her voter photo and smiley face emoji on the form were so typical of her character.

Why does she never have a storyline centred on her, or even play a major role in a storyline? In no episode is she the main or second character.

Maybe the writers thought that Orla would work better as a background character. But I agree, I would have liked to have seen her have more time to shine. The closest she got was step aerobics, but even that was overshadowed by Erin becoming the schoolnewspaper editor, and Claire's coming out.

While she didn't get a main storyline, I feel that she definitely got her time to shine at the end of season 3 with her epic dance number. I do agree that she should've had more screen time, but I am a little biased. She IS my favorite character.

A bit sad that ‘ultimate collection’ is just all the parts she was in. Or maybe she just did so well in her parts that they’re all the best? Man. We should have had more of her. I regularly say ‘I do not accept that’ in her accent 😂
