SAM in case you don't know and maybe interested, there is a set of high heat silicone one piece spatulas which are really nice and avoid potential mold issues by a company name Dioro. I bought and use them regularly because I discovered two piece ones like what you are using can harbor mold despite washing inside the cavity that the handle inserts into. Mold starts growing in them when the glue gives way over time and starts getting food grossness in the glue area. The one piece ones from Dioro, you don't have to worry about that.

One of the best, most informative food channels ever; however, your videos are far too long--outrageously so. The editorials about what spatula not to use etc are superfluous. As well, having a bite and telling us it tastes great is standard, making us watch an extended piece, most certainly, is not. After seven to ten minutes you lose the viewer. Outside of that, you're terrific.
