I want to thank you for being there. My brother got me to watching your videos. We both have tried some of your recipes. My brother passed away last week of liver failure at the age of 50. Your videos are part of my memories of my brother now. We were 3 years apart in age. We would call each other during the day to see which one has seen Sam yet, if he did he would give me a summary of the video until I could watch it after work. That would be great, but the problem here though is you can't just make your own gyro meat. It's ground lamb with seasonings pressed into a mold like lunchmeat and then sliced thin over a heat element. Could do a chicken or steak style gyro with home made tzatziki though
