The thing I like about your videos is that you get straight to the point. No 2-3 minute long BS intro with music and asking me to "hit like and subscribe". It's so irritating when KZbinrs do that - gives pushy car salesman vibes, and it usually has opposite effect on the audience. So I appreciate that you don't do that. Please never change your format. Great content but I am confused about the win rate - loss rate calculation. How did you derive the 70%? Is it the same as Delta? If so, then a .2 Delta with $1.00 premium, which is within your parameters, would never make money. Are win rate and probability of profit the same, or no? Please help me understand. Thanks

Yes, I avoid earnings. $1.50 is just a guideline. A higher credit lowers your max risk. You're welcome 👍

If you sell short a dividend-paying stock, you are not entitled to receive the dividend and must pay it instead to the lender of the borrowed shares. I am not aware of any dividend responsibilities if you buy or sell options.

BP spread is what I use for stocks I want to own. I will be using BP's for Tesla and Nio in 2023. If I am likely to get assigned shares. I personally roll the LP out in time 60 to 90 days because of theta decay and then will sell a cc creating a collar trade, so I can sleep soundly in 2023. 👍 Not recommending anyone do this. I am saying this is what I do.
