I would love to see a video on how you get the speaker wires through the boots on the front and rear doors along with getting the power wire through the fire wall. I just did my own install on a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport GT this past week and it was the most frustrating part of the whole install due to the boots on the doors actually being "S" shaped, not being a straight line shot across to the door, and had double walls inside the boot that needed to be penetrated. Fishing the wire took forever even with wire lube and a thin metal fish tool. Also right behind the double rubber walled boot in the fire wall engine bay was all the piping for the heat/air conditioner that only gave us about half an inch to feed in the (2) 4 gauge power wire through for my 4 channel amp and mono subwooofer amp...The rest of the install was a breeze for the most part...These manufactures don't even think about people upgrading the audio system because their wiring harnesses take up 95% of the space everywhere in the car...Great video!

im interested in seeing a idata link amp connecting to the maestro replacing a oem can bus radio/ amp combo,so the dsp can be setup in the software that would be cool

How much does an install like this cost? You two do a very nice job. I’d pay top dollar for a clean install like this.

2015-2017 (not a '14) wrx/sti...Any issues w/the telematics after the install (voice prompts, etc.)? Curios why the rears couldn't angle (taper) 5*-7* up and even 5*-7* back.

Dean, just want to verify on that enclosure. Did you go P3D4-12 in parallel since the 802-5 can do 500W at 2 Ohms or P3D2-12 in series @ 4 Ohms?

Hi Five Star Car Stereo, I've been following your channel for a while and I really appreciate all the in-depth reviews you do on car audio systems. I work with a company that specializes in automotive head units, and we’ve just launched a new car entertainment product that I think your audience would love. We'd love to discuss a potential collaboration with you. Can we connect? Thanks!
