Gosh it's refreshing to see your videos When I was in the service (1969 _ 1972) my best friend was Black. One time we both got a 'day pass' so we decided to go swimming in the ocean in Biloxi Mississippi. We were rudely forced away from the public beach and our lives were threatened. One of the 'crackers' actually said he was "afraid Clarence's Blackness would wash off and cause him to get black!" I found out later that Gen. Clayton Powell was stationed there at the same time (he was a lieutenant at the time) and he had to stay on base or go live in the "Black section" of town. Every Thursday night the Klan burned crosses on a hill outside of town. Thankfully ,we have changed as a Nation, but at times I fear we are regressing. So... I'm that person. I'm only 10 minutes into the video. I saw Utah in the title and CLICKED. I was born and raised in Utah, and I took advantage of all those places I used to visit in my youth... I moved to Texas about 7 or 8 years ago and drive in to visit family from time to time. I get so home sick. Now, it's so jam packed with tourists that some of the best places are hard to get into these days. I'm so glad you guys got to go and LOVE the filming. Your personalities are amazing!! Such a great and beautiful couple. BUT, any Utahns out there that hear people saying ZiOn and cringe? Do we (Utahns) say it wrong if it's in our backyard, or does everyone else?? :D When people excitedly tell me they're going to ZiOn and I'm like "EW, no." You made it a two-syllable word. It's just wrong. I hope you find humor in what I'm saying. It's me. I'm that person.

I remember way way back in the day when we would go to the hot springs, it was the actual small wild little pools. It wasn't what it is now. Didn't have to pay. You would just find a spot that was open and home to it. It was so cool. They ruined it , imo. Was just so relaxing open to nature and the hills/ mountains

The “Little Grand Canyon “ is Palo Duro Canyon not too far from Amarillo, Texas. It’s very pretty too. Nice in spring and late fall and winter.

We have been vacationing in Zion since 1992. Started out in a 22ft travel trailer with our two kiddos…. Got a 5th wheel in 2012… and finally bought a 38’ class A motor home in 2021. We always stay at Zion Canyon Campground in Springdale. It has been run by a family since we started going there. You should really give it a try sometime. Also if you are ever near groom, Texas we found a little gem… only 4 spaces with full hookups… but it is totally a magical place to stay. Literally, wide open rolling green pastures. It is called The Creek RV ….. the owners are very nice and we wished we had more time to stay last time when we passed through in 2021.

This is one of your earlier videos, so you may have already figured this out. Take those kitties for walks using a small animal harness., and they will thrive. I live in an area with coyotes, bears, racoons, hawks, and eagles. Letting a cat run here would not be wise, so I walk mine. Also, I hope you know to keep the window slightly cracked so your RV doesn't overheat. Parking in the shade during the summer or putting up a window shade screen is a good idea. Best wishes to you and your little family. You seem like a sweet couple, and your videos are a lot of fun to watch.

I am from Idaho, and if you come this way again you should check out Balanced Rock. There is a free campground right next to a river. It is located by Castleford Idaho. I think this is a spot that you would enjoy, and on your way you could stop at Twin Falls, Idaho and see the scenic Shoshone Falls.

I remember my first trip to Zion I was totally amazed. The part where you drive through the tunnel and come out on the other side into the canyon (at least coming from the East) was so amazing! One of the top top moments in my travels!

Loving your road trip-and the Continental Gas station with gas prices at $0.38 and $0.31 cents. I can remember living in Tucson, AZ in 1969 and gas was $0.16-$0.19 cents a gallon due to gas wars. Hubby and I were in the Air Force and stationed at Davis Monthan AFB at the time. In the Bay Area gas was at $0.50 cents a gallon and a Ford Mustang hatchback cost $3800 brand new. Payments were $98 a month on that car but we loved it. Now $98 doesn't even pay the electric bill. How times have changed. Love your new channel. Traveling makes the world interesting and you never know who you will meet or where you end up. We met a group of Canadians during New Year's Eve in 2012 in Laughlin NV and ended up partying with them. So much fun. Look forward to each day as an adventure as you always learn something new and interesting.
