I just came back to era and I'm lvling a paladin! Personally, I think pala gets a bad rap in lvling. Early lvls, ret slaps and you can heal dungeons. Come lvl 40 you can switch to aoe tank spec and you can burn down to 6 to 8 mobs at a time!

Yea people sleep on pally and druid. Soloing dungeons is the best period.

I wouldnt say hunters are that bad between 8 - 10 when you get concussive. It's mostly the first 7 lvls that are a bit of a hazzle. Still, it just takes a couple hours to lvl up, so it's not even an issue.

I didnt clone my chars back then either :D ... randomly decided to level a new warrior in classic era. Dinged 40 yesterday, dungeon grinding only. Whirlwind axe with 32, now slow mount with 40. Riding through Azeroth again. Gives me some "welcome back home" vibes.

On classic wow, what is classes / specs I would have the greatest chance to get invited to duengons and raids with worse gear? Playing some vanilla WoW might be fun, but I would have limited time to put into the game because of IRL comitments. Would still be fun to be able to try out those raids.

Brother you are telling the darn truth about paladin classic. I am lvl 44 right now almost 45. First 40 levels were full on auto attack. If you try to be agressive you are consuming nama like crazy. I am Ret paladin. I am going to go all the way to lvl 60 because paladin, rogue, and warlock are the only classes i never reached to lvl 60-TBF, barely reached lvl 10 with warlock. Good vid and good opinions. Rogue is next up for me. Do you recommend combat rogue?

Paladin in D tier fr? Maybe you're autoattacking 1 mob at a time but I'm pulling 3 gnolls at a time in westfall by actually using my abilities lmao. Slow? Sure. But being immortal comes at a price

Paladin 1-40 is actually the peak of paladin. 40-60 is the slog as it gets no real big dps increase and is super painful. Also priest is one of the fastest.

So you think priest are immortal but paladins need to kill one mob at a time. What none sense, no class is more close to immortal than a paladin, if the paladin is not played by a clueless simpleton.
