Put the sensors in upside down first time but fixed quickly and all working. Great video

There is resistive track inside (green/black) plastic covers, on which this metal wiper slides on. In my case (xbox one controller), that tack is what is worn out, not the metal wiper.

You are supposed to cover your desoldering wire with resin or soldering flux.

Did anyone notice that the switch controller was a knockoff switch pro controller? I've seen this controller before, you can tell cause there is no nintendo logos on it, and those types of controllers I've had problems with each one

“yeah just solder back your controller” Hey buddy oh pal did you know how difficult this actually is? We didn’t all go to the same college grad school you did to learn how to solder things in fact you telling people to do that and buy parts and build it themselves will lead to more mistakes. I’m pretty sure majority of people don’t want to solder or go through that or pay money for that or even do that because it’s so complicated it’s like asking somebody to build a rocket ship. Honestly I’ll just buy a new controller dude
