That Mortal Kombat looked pretty good for a crap system.

Some important notes for people who have bought a newer version controller: - When you open the case, UNPLUG THE BATTERY FIRST before you take the blue ribbon out. - There's a good chance the plug for the battery is on the right side of the internals, and the black cable is at the top with the red cable below it. WHEN YOU REASSEMBLE THE CONTROLLER MAKE SURE WHATEVER YOU DO YOU PLUG THE BATTERY IN AFTER YOU PLUG THE BLUE RIBBON BACK IN. - The black section that the battery sits in is held in place by one single screw under the battery, unscrew that to take the section out. - The ribbon underneath the black section plate slides through a gap, so make sure when you put the controller back together you feed that ribbon back through the gap.

Wii U Pro controller already has the best D-pad I've used. Its heavy enough to play hardcore games like Tekken and Pokken, and light enough to not feel flimsy and cheap like on 3ds. Xbox has notoriously bad D-pads
