Better to do NAC as a precursor instead. Then the body produces the glutathione it needs instead of force feeding it without a buffer.

@@chrismyers9951 True true, however Liposomal GSH will be a game changer if serious illness strikes, as well as massive doses of Melatonin. Wondering if GSH production which drops with age will be restored with NAC and Glycine.... they say it will, but that may not be true for everyone.

My asd son had almost non existent glutathione on his OAT. HPHPA and immunizations exhausted it. Regressed at 3 years old

Same for me, even tough not tested. My asd symptoms drastically decreased when I started taking Gluthaione alongside other Supplements, people don't recognize me as autistic at all anymore, not even experts. That also made me found out that many of my health symptoms had nothing to do with autism. Skin got clearer too, much clearer.

Iodine selenium together. Magnesium all the b vitamins. Complex. Fatty acids omega 3s and 9s especially keep the ratio at or higher than 6 in your diet. Keep the ratio of magnesium above calcium intake. Cronometer app is helpful for tracking those. Others I'm just getting to know but thise are base for nerve brain damage as well as the other vitamins. I found from using that app a lot of things constantly deficient. Theres also herbs but i dont know enough about them just learning.

When you compare GSH to Liposomal GSH, it provides a wonderful time to explain what Liposome treatment does for any mineral or vitamin or AA (amino acid). The clerks at the supplement shop r clueless, & most consumers r just lazy enuff to buy the more expensive version thinking that it must be better than d cheap one, when like everything else, it depends. Plz explain why GSH is so expensive, or is it that NAC & Glycine are so cheap. Also the body produces hugh amounts of Glutamate, so why supplement w Glutamine? GSH is also known as the Joy molecule. Should be priority one on any Psych ward & std recommendation for d suicide hot line or any other depressive affect. Other than that, homemade (endogenous) is probably better than store bought, which was not discussed. Keep reading. GL

I had a positive Cologuard test blood and DNA (?). Since that time I changed my diet to mostly plant based as well as berry smoothies ( I was already eating organic as much as possible)but when I got off work, sometimes went to Toco Bell for a Power Bowl and snacked on Sun Chips at work as well as red wine with my dinner every night. It is taking so long to get a colonoscopy and I ordered Glutathione and Glutathione suppositories' (suggested by a nurse at a IV bar). I have not used the suppositories as of yet. Concerned that it is a bit overkill. Can you comment? I feel good and have lost 6 lbs. No wine, green tea instead. I am 75 , 5'3 wt - 158
