I’m using the a DJI Osmo Action 4 for the past 6 months and the experience has been better than GoPro overall. And definitely more reliable. I have never had it freeze up for example. And the quality is great all around !

One more thing ! Their mounting system is far superior ! The magnetic mounts are a game changer for changing camera angles in a flash , ensuring you’re not holding your buddies back on the ride or getting left behind fiddling with mounting things up.

Great review. The DJI Mic 2 is awesome. 32 bit float is useful and the mic also works with iPhones etc. I own the Action 3 and just the audio feature alone is worth the upgrade.

I bought one after having so much trouble with corrupted files from GoPro and the abysmal batterylife from GoPro. The only thing I miss is the vivid colormode from the GoPro, I don't want to use 2 types of software to colorcode and put gps data on the video!

Rather get the insta Ace pro since it has a 1" sensor.

DJI? Especially good for sharing information withe the company. You can't own their drones, they reserve the right to disable and control it, I hope it's the same with their cameras!!! Go DJI

GoPro has worse battery life and the over heating issues.

I'm still using Osmo Action 1st gen for my riding......far better than gopro hero 11......

everyone all of a sudden reviewing this action 4 when the 5 is around the corner,does DJI make you do this to help them shift the stock and ensure you get a 5 review unit?we know you already have the 5 so just be honest
