listen the daryl dixon mod is cool and all, but it takes all immersion out of cutscenes because you know its not his voice at all

you sure u looking in the correct folder, you might be one layer to deep. try to go there manually by going to: C:\users\username\appdata\local\BendGame\

anytime i make a paks folder in the saved folder it wont open the game....ifi name it anything other then paks it opens but mods dont work. maybe i got an outdated file or something. so frustrating cuz it looks so simple

I don't know whether I did something wrong but I can't seem to get the reshade to work properly & all my other mods don't work either even though I have changed the name of the file from sfpaks to sfpakss and put the same files in a Paks folder in the saved folder

Thank you very much. Excellent guide and mods. One quick question. I was playing around activating and deactivating stuff on the ReShadePreset. Thing is. What should be active? I also have one that is just reshade preset and other "beyond the hype".

the paks mod that have some numbers at first example "500" or "100" should be in this folder? AppData/local/Bendgame/Saved/Paks/ not in: DaysGone/BendGame/Contents/Paks/ am i right? please answer

Thanks for the guide, but for some reason after installing NAR I keep getting crashes? Standard game runs fine, but as soon as I replace the files for NAR, I run the game for 30 mins to 1 hour and it crashes to desktop. Any ideas why please? I have a 7600x and 7900xtx with 4tb wd black nvme ssd.

So I added the mods. Works great! Only issue Ive been having is the cutscenes are out of sync. Sometimes the characters arent moving at all but the dialogue is there. Is there a work around to this problem?

does the game work as vanilla clean without any mods? if so you gonna need to save the game just before we get the issue, then reinstall and keep your saves, then add each mod 1 by one till you get the problem. then at least you know what mod is causing it. then get back to me, in a new comment, cos youtube does not tell me if you replay back on this comment. only new comments

I just installed the game and had this issue without any mods. I think it's some kind of bug with cutscenes on high-end GPUs where the game becomes CPU bound. The only remedy I've found so far is to turn in-game VSYNC on, which I hate to do but that seems to have fixed it. If you come up with any other cure, let us know.

you not saying much when u saying mods not working unfortunately, need more info. do 1 mod and see if it works. either you doing something wrong, or u got another version of the game.

Follow ur guide to install Nar and it seems to be working. Saying that the mod page says to copy and overwrite all files. Yet u only did it to 5 files. So the other files don’t change anything?

the mod page means all files that the mod gives (all file in the NAR zip). so all 5 files. u did it correctly. dont worry. Enjoy ur modded Days Gane

Thanks for this modding guide, but you almost lost me in the opening scene where you say "To this..." and the scene is way too blue and has crushed shadows. :(

there is an updated reshade preset, but non of the mods is forced apon you, including the reshade preset. you know that right?

not really. meaning i guess u can if u jail break your ps5, and have another pc to get into files with external HDD etc etc lol. its not as easy and PC, and thats if it's even possible.
