Im from argentina and the best clasico/derby to watch is Rosario Central/Newells played at Rosario Central' stadium. I wouldnt call it safe for any foreign visitor. If you come from abroad, its safe to attend Boca/River and Racing/Independiente, especially because the visitors arent allowed in. Only make sure you dont move around far from the stadium with some team jerseys or gear, you never know what could happen, many idiots around could ruin your experience. Once you are close to the stadium and see tons of of other people wearing gear and such, go ahead and show your colours.

I love your videos, but since I'm an Argentinian and also a san Lorenzo fan I think I have to correct somthing wrong: San Lorenzo vs Huracán ir isn't the most dangerous derby in the country, that spot belong to rosario derby, between Rosario Central and Newell's Old Boys. Most of San Lorenzo and Huracán fans have been releated along side, there a lot of families that have also San Lorenzo and Huracán fans.
