I really love how moddable the English virtual pets are, since they don't have the wired speakers. Wish ALL the virtual pets were like that.

These are so cool, but man that price tag. I totally get it and it seems worth it, but that turns it from an instant buy to something I will have to wait and think about for a while. I hope they eventually branch out to make these for the Digimon Color as well. The color already costs so much that I would like to give it a more premium feel.

I've seen these things lately, I want one but they're a bit expensive for me. Maybe if they come out with a green one, or they make ones with the X on the shell i'll splurge. But as of now I don't plan to run my DM20th much once the rest of the DMCs get here and I don't like the idea of putting an X device in a shell without the X on it.

The buttons mostly stopped working on my 20th so I'm going to use this to help me safely take apart the 20th and clean the inside. Hope it goes well. Edit: Do you think you could also do a screen repair guide for Digimon Vpets? I think that could help a lot of people.

Great video! sorry for my off topic question: I have a Pokedex toy (the old one, from 1999), and the buttons are super hard to be recognized. I opened it and didn't see nothing weird (buttons and connections looks identical to these buttons of the v-pet). Do you know why buttons get hard to press?

The thing with cnc machining. The cost isn't related to size of part. It's usually increasing as the parts get smaller. As you can't cut as much material per minute as with a big part!

you were so excited you forgot the buttons. it's ok, i've done it before too. at least it's not as bad as an original pendulum with all the pendulum parts. it is kinda funny to me that the shell costs 8 times more than the device itself, but then, i put quite a bit into my wonderswan color between the new screen, the battery, etcetera

Not sure of the specific material but I can confirm that I haven't had any issues with battles I've done so far

@@humulomon Yeah I did some research and found this: Aluminium is highly conductive by itself; however, the anodised layer has physical and chemical properties resembling a ceramic. One of the principal characteristics of ceramics is electrical insulation. So yeah that answer that question

I saw that someone on the Discord got a messed up shell. Does the buyer do exchanges? The shell was pretty scuffed up on Discord; that’s the one thing im worried about. Especially for the price.

They already made a vpet for adults. Its called a flipper zero, it is a literal digivice capable of containing artificial intelligence, and it seemingly makes you cry. Also i use it to cheat at every battle in both online and world that i play and theres nothing your digirom encryption or mod team can do about it.
