Randy, I was looking at the auto sort video where a new name is alpha sorted automatically, and was wondering if you would consider adding code that would insert a row at the location where the new name ends up in the sort. I work with files that have more than 1 column and would benefit from this training. Thank you. I am enjoying and learning allot from your videos.

The paradigm you use to highlight selected row is the bold color with white letters but for the Expense/Reimbursement tabs you have the non-selected item in the bold color and I think this is inconsistent. IMO, you should use the same color value to indicate selection in both situations for consistency. Unfortunately when you apply this to the grouping on the right, you are using the lighter color to be a consistent background so the tab flows directly info the title bar below and the other tab shows as distinct. But again I believe the color choice is what I would key upon as the visual indicator. I find myself having to think about what is really selected as far as the tabbed items given the dominant display of the selected line item.
