for squat form i’ve found that should feel the weight on the balls of your feet not the front otherwise leaning too forward, keep hands as close to shoulders as possible, never have knees passing feet when go down, and keep spine straight even though at an angle, that includes neck don’t be looking up/ down make sure it’s aligned 😁 helped my back immensely ❤️

Ik I’m not Mel but this might be useful?? Vans and converse are both great for when you’re just lifting because your weight spread evenly on your foot, but converse (to me) feel better because I feel something around my ankles, kind of like placebo ankle support haha. hope u get info from Mel too 💕✨
