Most op build in ffa Spain, unction, Argentina. Unless u get double teamed early on like so. Once u get rolling though even a double team might not be able to stop u. I think ive won every ffa when i go Spain( becuase i just auto into Argentina).

@@timiaus as inca i've beaten an spain player turned to argentina in a ffa. No double team, it was just the two of us left. 200k points each. Those horse grenadiers are no match for chimu runners.

@@cristiansapienza7661 Yeah they are the only infantry unit that can counter them Because of the speed and ability to spread out and slip into the enemies mass and high range resist. Normaly you would need mass heavy cav( french would be best). Aztec are the next best but there infantry cant "slip" and spread into enemy mass as well.

BTW, Granaderos can be trained from Taverns as well. You kind of NEED to have a Tavern to get the Folk Heroes upgrade. Stack it with Mass Calvary and Riding School from the Home City grants you INSTANT Granaderos! It's also wise to invest in a Livestock pin as well.

Sometimes you just get stonked. Also, I'm skeptical that a water boom is the move on Great Lakes. You spent 600 wood on docks, 3200 wood on fishing boats, that is a *lot* of resources which could have gone into aging up and military which would have better taken the initiative from either Paul or Shaka. Or maybe not, and there was just too much pressure.

That's a fair assesment. One advantage of Drongo's water boom though is that he didn't have to push out early, and battle his neighbors for map control to get those hunts. Maybe what he could have done was use some of that wood to make double or triple walls and mills to stale mate the pushes from his opponents. And just played like Britan until he could mass an obscene amount of resources. But like you said, there was just so much pressure. I am not sure if even the infamous early 7 falc's could have saved our dear Drongo.
