@@RockerGaming Hey RG - quick question for you post-install: Love the way everything came out, and would recommend this to anyone, but having some trouble with Ultimate at the moment. On my Phob build, even if I disconnect the magnets, the controller seems to think that either one or both triggers are being pressed at all times. Checking Melee, the issue doesn't seem to persist. Any ideas? Checking my solder joints, there doesn't appear to be any shorting that I can see. Just curious if you have any thoughts. Thanks!
@RockerGaming2 жыл бұрын
@@jackdaqui749 Hey Jack, did you install the pcbs? Hopefully you didnt as you dont need them for phob. Also, what mode do you have your phob set to? I added some more details in the guide just yesterday as a number of phob users seem to be having trouble getting everything going correctly in Ultimate. Also, feel free to message me on Etsy on even twitter. Things get lost on YT super easily.

I gotta say the melee and gamecube communities as a whole are a breath of fresh air. The dedication and the polish that goes into everything, as well as the attention to detail, and focus on functionality is making melee a joy to learn!! Always loved the series, tried to get into ultimate and that wasn't for me, then I just found slippi, and am having so much fun. Coming from Anime FIghters I had no idea melee had so much depth, aside from wavedash and matchup knowledge I thought it was just smash, but a tad better.

The controller looks great, honestly as evidenced by this, we're probably getting to a golden age of custom controllers, though if there's one problem I have with it, it's that the white just looks real glossy, now glossy isn't bad perse, I mean look at the original model 3ds, in terms of looks, I consider it my favorite (in terms of feel I give it to the 2ds) it's just that glossy combined with "meant to be in someone's hands" usually results in a total fingerprint magnet.
