Have to head down there. Just down the road. Next time you're in Dublin you must try Oh Rourkes in Oliver Bond. Just around the corner from this place and does an amazing breakfast roll and full breakfast. All cooked fresh. Nothing fancy. Greasy spoon old school type place. You'll thank me later

Oven roast a whole garlic wrapped in foil in oven on low heat for 1 hour Squeeze the toasted garlic out into bowl with 4 cheese mix and mix together 2 pieces of sourdough buttered ALL sides, fill sandwich plus plenty of salt and pepper then panfried or put in sandwich toaster Mustard dip on side, sorted
