Great video, Mo. In-game descriptions for Luck are pretty vague and no wonder - it boosts all the other SPECIAL skills. I found having high Intelligence made the game easier especially if you just want to repair everything yourself.

Yeah that helps for sure. I thought I would make a guide just going into detail for all the Specials. Having a high Int does help in the long run.

From a role playing point of view it sounds like a cool idea. From a playthrough point of view I take Idot Savant pretty much in any build now.

Will you do a video on how to pick pocket the minigun flamethrower fat man super sledge from operation anchorage. It’s the same as the Chinese assault rifle but you take from the American NPCs

Charisma effects your ability to make speech checks. a character with max Charisma and speech will have a better chance on the hard checks than 1 Charisma and maxed speech. The weight of Charisma is not specified anywhere and it confused people so Bethesda rectified this by removing all indicators of your chance to pass checks in 4.😂

Lol fair enough. In hindsight I would not set Charisma this high again as you can totally bypass the speech checks with save load lol.
