Absolutely and already done! 😇Lovejoy, Carroll, HIghland Park and Westlake Academy are the best of the best, the cream of the crop. They're included in a separate video because they are in the million plus real estate category (kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaKolHl5m5x5g68) The ones in this video fall next in line. Between the two videos you have the absolute 100% best schools in the entire dfw area.

Great question! It is among the highest ranked schools in the state. Great schools ratings are 10/10 almost across the board.

They really are! They saw a big drop in values last month and still just so expensive to live there! Some of our buyers have settled in the fringes of Irving just to get into Coppell schools but even there it’s expensive!

@WendyPannell Because it Is a smaller school district that I know personally and the rating online dosent always corelate correctly I know Alvorado is actually the worst one on my personal list but it's still a good school district.
