recipe step by step
1st step
cut the chicken breast equal parts
marinade with
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon garlic powder
1/2 tea spoon paprika or chilli powder
1/2 tea spoon dijon or desi mustard
1 small lemon juice
1 tea spoon oil
marinade well and keep aside for atleast 15 minutes
2nd step
boiled potatoes for mashed potatoes as you want.
prepare spinach or your favorite veggies
keep aside.
now pan on medium heat🔥
add little butter and oil.
add chicken for grill.
cook atleast 2 to 3 minutes each sides
now while chicken is cooking
will prepare our side dish at same time
for mashed potatoes
1 tea spoon butter
2 table spoon cream
1 table spoon parmesan cheese
pinch of salt
pinch of nutmeg
mix well and keep aside.
now saute spinach with little olive oil and garlic
pinch of salt and pepper.
once chicken done. remove from pan keep aside.
for sauce. on same pan add 70 ml white wine
reduce the wine to 80 ℅ add little stock water
or regular water. reduce little more or until Thik.
add little cream.
now add salt and pepper. and 1/2 tea spoon
mustard. mix well,
strain the sauce add little butter and parsley chopped to finish the sauce.
