Thanks AJ! Stay safe all of you there at DFB! I do not know if y'all are there in Florida or not, weathering this hurricane! But if so, My prayers are with you for staying safe! Praying WDW weathers well through all this. I'm staying there in December (2nd-14th) at All Star Movies Resort! My prayers for all my brothers/sisters there in Florida! Dear Lord keep them all safe. I've always had a love for Florida. As a former Floridian from Clearwater Fl., for 10 years. Living now in LA California! Stay safe my friends! 🙏

Exterior doors are more substabtial than interior doors. Extrrior doors have to deal with the weather (and rain) and are thicker and tight-fitting. Interior doors can be thinner and have spaces around the door, which lets more noise through.

Hate to tell you this AJ, but Caribbean Beach also has a hot tub! And it’s also not as big as everyone keeps going on about (at most a 10 min walk from anywhere you need to be) AND it’s right next to the Riviera which has some incredible dining options including a character breakfast! Best value resort in my opinion!

I remember when i was booking our vacation that port orleans (really discounted) and pop century had the same price in rooms. We opted for pop century because of the skyliner, i had recently watched many of your videos and remembered about the many stops the bus had in port orleans, as we didnot have a car, the option was clear where to stay. When we were checking in the cast member told us that she hoped we had a very happy stay…i replied “it would be happier if we got a room near the buses” she laughed and gave us a room real close. ❤😂

My parents (60s), my daughter (about 5) and I (30s) stayed in one of the "mansions" when Port Orleans Riverside was still Dixie Landings. Really liked it. It was calm and we were right next to a quiet pool, which was perfect for my daughter to realize she LOVED the water. The boat to "Downtown DIsney" qualified as a ride for my daughter, as well. Never made it to Port Orleans, French Quarter. We didn't need it.

Stayed at CS for the first time in August. I know people love it, but it was a one and done for us. I paid for a standard 2 queen room. Also requested to be near transportation for medical reasons. We stayed at Caribbean Beach in 2018, having visiting and staying off-park. I've been watching news and reviews of the poor cleanliness and maintenance of the parks in the last few years. Plus so many beloved attractions are either being ripped out, or butchered with poorly thought out IP re-skinning. Considering going to Florida in 2025 or 2026, but thinking about Universal for that visit, rather than WDW. Makes me sad, but here we are.

Thanks - these videos have been very helpful! We’re seniors staying at C Beach for our very first visit to Disney in January. Very exciting 😊 Unfortunately food restrictions accumulate with age, medications, etc. Is it possible to find fruit, salads, vegetables and non deep fried food at Disney?? Everything looks good, but wouldn’t work for us.

You’ve got the famous Cobb Derby Salad at Hollywood and Vine in Hollywood Studios, the 1981 Salad at Homecomin’ (Homecomin’ also has a Key West Shrimp Cocktail I LOVE - made with lots of fruits and veggies), The Chicken Waldorf Salad at The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom, and SO MUCH MORE! There’s even a Calypso Salad with Jerk Chicken you can pick up at Banana Cabana that’s pretty tasty - and that’ll be located at your resort! :D

I feel like if you’re going to pay really high prices for a Disney hotel, then you may as well get all of the benefits and that would mean paying the deluxe prices. I loved staying at Port Orleans, but I’m just not sure it’s worth it anymore. The prices keep going up and the benefits don’t. we are looking at a trip to Orlando next year, I just don’t see us paying for a Disney hotel.

Can anyone answer this question? Let's say I book an onsite hotel for myself and a friend. But I have another friend that will be meeting us at the parks the next day and not staying with us, nor on an onsite hotel. Since me and my friend are staying onsite, I can book us lightning lanes 7 days in advance. But if I wanted to book LL's for my other friend as well, who is not staying onsite, will I still be able to include her when I book 7 days in advance?
@rvbcabo0se3 ай бұрын
i think everyone has to be linked to your room for it to allow you to book lightning lanes in advance
@lucytruex31343 ай бұрын
Like what that person said, I believe they have to be linked to your room or on your party via the My Disney Experience app. But even if your friend is not actually staying in the room or paying for it, I think if you add their name onto your party you can get LL's for everyone.
