Thank you so much this was very useful. I couldn’t find anything so detailed on thinkcell. I don’t mind renewing my corporate thinkcell license

Thank you for your video. I have a question: if i want to have values inside boxes and other values outside the boxes - how can i do it? For example, i want to have values inside boxes and their percentages over the boxes
@DanGalletta3 жыл бұрын
It's not really possible to do automatically unfortunately -- but you can do it manually, although it's not ideal. If you right click on the segment and select 'Add Total Labels', then you can manually type in the percentage you want. At the same time, you can have segment labels that specify the values. Hope that helps!

How do you do a MOVEMENT Waterfall chart?
@JeGo911 ай бұрын
Hello, instead of the movement stacked columns, is it possible to do stacked columns only for the start and end bars?

Regarding the stacks within a waterfall - your example had domestic and international sales, creating two series. Suppose in another stack, say in expenses, you wanted a stack there, for example, Salary and Shipping. When you create those two new series, now 4 series total, how can we get the series labels to point to the relevant stacks? For me, the labels are all on the first stack, but since that stack doesnt include the two expenses, its confusing...

Hi, I'm new to think cell and I've got a question: is it possible, after insertion of a waterfall graph (where positive amounts ared added and negative substracted) to change it into it's "inversed" sister (dont know how its called in english, sorry), where positive amounts are substracted and negative are added?. (the one where the "e" appears in the first column)?
@DanGalletta2 жыл бұрын
Hi Pascal, you should be able to select and drag the connectors to a new position on the columns. That will allow you to invert the waterfall chart. Hope that helps!

@@DanGalletta sadly, no, it doesn't seem to work for me. Did you try ? Maybe I didn't do it correctly.

Just a quick question about what does break mean and what is this function for…? Don’t get it
@DanGalletta3 жыл бұрын
A break will resize the columns so that you can see some of the smaller segments better, it's used to make the chart easier to understand. If there is a break in the chart, you will see a white diagonal line through the column. Thanks for the question!
