They S&W key has a 'normal' diameter. But the toool guys recommend just boring out the tube a smidgin for maximum compatibility

Great video. How well does it work when the keyhole is facing upward and the cuffs are behind your back? Even if you bring the cuffs to the front with the keyhole facing up is it impossible?
