This is what the world needs more of: Concise, in-depth, no-nonsense and humorous videos explaining and demonstrating how to do or make Thing. Well done, one of the many reasons I subscribed to this channel all those years ago. Fun fact: Before I checked my subscriptions feed I was watching a German Turk (Ahmed Kocht on youtube) make traditional Turkish wraps. Not exactly the same, but at least vaguely similar to tacos.

Epic. Good to see a modern video on this. I am someone who always widens the inner hole for maximum compatibility. These keys rock. I've made several over the years but manually using a Vernier caliper, diamond files and a junior hacksaw blade. Some turned out horribly because the split was hard to get in the middle. I have probably made like 15 of these over the years and I still have a few left over. I keep a raw TOOOL spec one in my wallet but around my neck is a modified one which is a bit longer than 2.9mm on the width in order to have an easier time with triple pawl cuffs, since it's more of a go-to key for actual use rather than emergency use. Which is why I keep a raw TOOOL one in my wallet just in case I ever needed it "in the wild" so to speak. I know the one around my neck works with all but my M104 high security S&W cuffs. I added your video as a reply to my tweet today about the ultimate handcuff key. I would have done it sooner if I had searched prior to tweeting to see if there were any other cuff key videos. Excellent work.

One thing worth mentioning regarding asp, be careful with the TOOOL key and it's edges. The key-engagement faces for the double lock activating and deactivating are plastic. Always use a fine diamond file or a leather strop to ensure the edges of the long side of the split flag are smoothed. The height of the key means sometimes you clip the deactivation portion even when they are single locked, so you want as minimal wear and tear as possible.

Tacos are an awesome food and I eat them at least once a week. I also love keys and lock picking, I took care of a lock for someone just this week. It turned out the problem lock ended up working with an extra key I had so I didn't even get to pick it. I have always wanted a padlock key and eventually I hope to put together some kind of an 'ultimate master key' ring for all those well known ones. Thanks for the great video man!
