Hawkeye's secondary arrow is game changing, you can break any walls in the game in a single hit. You can create nasty off angles, you can destroy any cover the enemy is hiding behind. If you are sitting afk behind your tank as this hero, you are playing him wrong. This character can find his own opportunity's and can duel most of the flankers pretty well. The best Tank buster in the entire game. If you get pressured and have to run away, you can spam melee attacks as you back up to get back to safety. I never see in these Hawkeye guides people talking about his utility in a meaningful way. Honestly broken god tier character pls nerf.

@noahbernstein5536 punisher and starlord are better tank killers than Hawkeye???? Uh.. 1. punisher has to be close to doing similar damage as hawkeye 2. Hawkeye can 2-3 shot every tank in the game 3. Starlord isn't even good at killing squishies. "Compared to others in his category," do you rate punisher and starlord highly because it's constant sustained damage?

2 more things. You can charge the arrow from a corner without ever peaking. As long as the reticle can see them it charges. This allows you to peak and 1 shot them. And second you should note during his ult, the after images disappear if the enemy is not visible anymore. So if they go around a corner, after images will be gone so you cant use it like that.

Oh i should mention it only works when peaking from a wall on the left to look over your right should just because of how the game works. It is absolutely game breaking and i expect it will get removed or adjusted soon

I learned that when using ult sometimes it’s okay to be patient with shots you can’t always expect to get a team wipe with it but getting a few picks especially on their teams dps or healers is the key part if their tanks are mainly an issue then only use the ult to burst them down when you’re 100% sure the dps and healers are at spawn or not gonna dive you right after the ult is not good against tanks use his primary to clean them up it’s way more useful for your time and efficiency

To elaborate the ult is very powerful yes and can clean up tanks quick but you will waste ult time spamming multiple arrows when you can take 2-4 arrows to headshot them without the ult

Its wild that Hawk Eye and hela get a free 20% damage boost but widow doesn't. I don't think HE & Hela need it and widow feels a lot more balanced without it.

Yeah, the damage is immediate. You shoot the afterimage, they take the hit as if you’d hit them directly.

Yep. With those hitboxes he's shooting effing LOGS, and not arrows. Not to mention that they fly FAST, twice as fast as Hanzo's arrows. Killing all non-tanks with TWO body shots is not normal.
