Thanks for the comment, Misty! Yes, sales dashboards are very helpful in keeping your eye on important activity in the CRM. If you're using the free CRM, you'll be limited by only what types of reports appear in the "report library". If you have a higher tier, such as sales professional, you should have more flexibility - but if you need really custom info and multiple dashboards, you can get the reporting add on for an additional monthly fee. Our rule of thumb is always - determine what you want to track first and why, and then try to build the reports for it. Don't try to select first. Data is only helpful when it's concise and easy to make sense of!

You can invite your customer to be a HubSpot user. You can set user privileges to restrict what they can do. For instance, you could give them View Only access to reports and dashboards. Yes, that information is required in any marketing email to comply with the CANSpam act. To satisfy this, you’ll need to add your company name and contact information in the email settings. Go to settings >> Marketing >> email >> and then edit the info in the “footer” box.

Yes, mailchimp free allows more email sends than HubSpot's free, but they also limit your contacts on the free plan at 2,000 so if you're sending a monthly newsletter for example, they're similar. We love Hubspot email cause then your database is directly linked to your email marketing and you don't have to export or link the two together with a third party tool!

Hey David - we have some former Salesforce users on our team as well (Ali used to be an admin a few years back). Many sophisticated marketers may still use both systems together (there is an integration for data sharing/syncing between the two systems). Replacing SFDC campaigns.....not sure exactly what you mean here, but we assume you want to run campaigns to contacts? To do this you'd need at least marketing starter. The HubSpot CRM out of the box only includes 2000 email sends and limited functionality so you'd likely need to upgrade to the starter version to replace what you were doing in SFDC. If this doesn't answer your question, please clarify and we'll see if we can dig deeper for ya.

Hi. How do I change my Hubspot Email Integration connected inbox from Gmail Free to Gmail Suite Business. The connected Email Integrationl are now "[e-mail]" but with Gmail Suite this is changed to "[e-mail]"...
