The Ultimate Infantry Armor Support Test

We recently hosted an incredible Hell Let Loose event on our server called Operation Tank Escort in which one team has a single heavy tank that they must escort from their HQ all the way across the map and into the enemy team's HQ - while the enemy team must destroy the tank at all costs!
Neither team was allowed armor outside of the one heavy tank being escorted across the map. No AT guns were allowed either, so it was truly a story of infantry support vs anti-tank! We played multiple rounds and the results were quite interesting! Who do you think came out on top? Leave a comment!

This needs to be a game mode. I would play this before skirmish. I know skirmish has its pros and cons. But this looks like a lot of fun. Great video man. 👍

Dude I know you were worried about not getting enough coms to properly get the feel for the combat in this event but damn this is a good edit. you really get the sense of urgency throughout the matches. and yes that last one was a great one. the closest we came to getting the tank to victory the entire night. Damn Drakon and his satchel abilities.

AG3NT Z3R0 was an American soldier that fought in the last battle of Operation Tank Escort. His unit was defending the point known as Hospice to prevent the enemy from moving Garrisons past the mid sector and push up with the German Tiger. Sadly, he brutally murdered while taking a nap in a 3rd floor bedroom on hospice (14:55). Two ruthless German soldiers rushed the building he was sleeping in and found him fast asleep (probably dreaming about taking his dog out). This is where one shot him while the othered filmed the murder. While there motive was unclear they got what was coming to them when they stepped on AG3NT's Anti-Personnel mine and turned into red mist. The action of placing said AP mine earned AG3NT Z3R0 the medal of honor. Women still violently weep over his death to this day.

Yea the tank never did survive but twice it came extremely close to making it into the enemy HQ (last sector). With a tweak or two it could be a different story.

You'll get killed a lot at first from people you never see, but if you stick with it for a bit you'll start to figure it out and then it's incredibly fun and addicting!
